Murtaza Mustansir

Founder & Director

Murtaza Mustansir is the Founder and Director of CLPS. He is a PhD candidate in Law and Economics under the European Doctorate in Law and Economics (EDLE) programme, jointly hosted by Erasmus University Rotterdam, the University of Bologna, and the University of Hamburg, where his research examines post-retirement incentives and judicial independence in Pakistan. He is also a Programme Associate at the CELIS Institute in Berlin. His practice background spans international arbitration and cross-border M&A, including roles at Haidermota & Co and Shiekh Law Associates, with experience across ICSID, ICC, LCIA, and UNCITRAL proceedings.
