About the Forum
FECSI runs two days, structured across CECI's five practice-area tracks, in Karachi or Lahore. Public keynote sessions are open to registered delegates; track sessions and the founding-patron dinner are closed-door under the Chatham House Rule.

Year One
The inaugural FECSI Forum is CECI's Phase 5 launch milestone (Months 8–10 of the Year 1 sequence): the flagship forum itself, 150–180 attendees, two days plus a founding-patron dinner, with the Annual Outlook published and co-branded around the same window, and a post-Forum summary circulated within one week.
