Format
A closed-door, Chatham House Rule session of 12–15 senior participants in Islamabad, examining Pakistani deals under foreign investment screening regimes (EU FDI Screening Regulation, CFIUS, the UK's National Security and Investment Act, and emerging Gulf regimes).
Attendance: invitation-only, 12–15 persons.
A private, non-attributed two-page summary is circulated to participants within 48 hours — the artefact all founding-partnership conversations are built on.
